In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered against William Richardson of Jefferson on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Richardson was fined $65 with a $9.75 surcharge; court costs were $60.
Jason William Sheldahl of Jefferson was sentenced May 12 to seven days in jail after he changed his plea to guilty to a charge of violation of a no contact order. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Dawn Marie Brown of Scranton has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. The warrant was issued Feb. 22 and returned May 11.
Lydia Becky Leggitt of Jefferson was charged April 7 with possession of drug paraphernalia. Tashina Sue Taylor of Jefferson was charged with domestic abuse assault May 4. Russell Lee Gardner of Panora was charged May 5 with violation of a no contact order.
